More about me

My web design work covers concept and page structure, responsive layouts, UI/UX, typography, colour and image direction, as well as technical implementation — for example with WordPress or Kirby. It also includes mobile optimisation, performance, accessibility-minded design, SEO basics, testing and launch. If you already have a logo or visual identity, I carry it consistently into the website; if not, we can develop both together.

Yes. You can start with a rough idea, a sketch or simply a feeling. Together, we turn it into a clear logo concept. I explore initial directions, refine shapes, colours and typography, and make sure the logo works over time — digitally and in print.

Of course. Many projects begin with a logo, a redesign or individual graphic design work such as flyers, social graphics or illustrations. A website is not required. I am happy to support clearly defined parts of a project too. When design and implementation come from one place, the result usually feels more coherent — and leaves room to grow later.

The process is flexible and personal. We can work in writing, talk by video or phone, or meet in Dresden. Depending on the project, we coordinate in clear stages. You are involved throughout and receive regular insight into the work in progress.

That depends on the project. For individually designed websites that are easy to maintain, I often use WordPress. Kirby CMS can be a great fit for lean sites with flexible content management. Special functions can be built individually, while Shopify is often a sensible option for online shops. The technology always follows the design, content and future maintenance needs — never the other way around.

Yes. Whether it is small adjustments, new content, performance work or further development, you can always get back in touch after launch. If a CMS is included, you can also maintain content yourself if you wish. For larger changes, technical adjustments or ongoing development, I am here to help.

Yes, selectively and with purpose. I use AI as support for tasks such as ideation, initial copy directions and development. It can speed up many processes, while design, concept and final decisions always remain individual and human. AI is a tool, not a substitute for design judgement.
